2. Integrated Performance: High-voltage components such as step-up transformers and coupling capacitors are built into the GIS, ensuring a compact and efficient setup.
3. Comprehensive Fault Simulation: Capable of simulating multiple discharge types including tip, suspension, air gap, particle, and surface discharges. These can also be combined to generate complex discharge scenarios.
4. Precise Discharge Control: The type of discharge can be selected freely, with controllable parameters including inception voltage, extinction voltage, and discharge intensity.
5. Versatile Testing Platform: Provides a testing platform for various diagnostic techniques, including pulse current, ultra-high frequency (UHF), ultrasonic, high-frequency current, and SF6 gas analysis.
6. Integrated Measurement Transmission: Features a built-in coupling and verification unit for the pulse current method, enabling synchronous detection.
7. Excellent Stability: Each discharge module is designed for repeated use, ensuring stable and consistent discharge characteristics.
8. User-Friendly Operation: The initiation and extinction of various faults can be controlled directly from outside the device.
9. Diverse Insulator Options: Offers a variety of basin-type insulators, including fully shielded, bare basin, and pouring port types.
10. Visual Monitoring: Equipped with an built-in infrared video probe for convenient observation of the internal status and capturing of discharge videos.
11. Embedded Reference Sensors: Comes with built-in ultra-high frequency (UHF) sensors, facilitating direct comparison with the instrument under test.
Working principle:
The non partial discharge fault simulation test device comes with a non partial discharge high voltage, with a partial discharge capacity of less than 3PC under rated voltage of 0-100kV. In the live working mode, the discharge type can be freely selected, and the starting voltage, extinguishing voltage, and discharge intensity of each discharge signal can be controlled. By using traditional partial discharge testing equipment and wireless sensing partial discharge testing equipment, various discharge types such as GIS tip, suspension, air gap, particle, and surface can be tested. Multiple discharges can be generated in combination, providing experiments for technology detection such as pulse current, ultra-high frequency, ultrasonic, high-frequency, SF6 gas analysis, etc.
